Volunteer Leadership Virginia produces, presents, or provides support to professional development and educational initiatives to develop and empower current and future volunteer Fire and EMS leaders. Our mission is to equip these individuals with essential skills that go beyond firefighting and patient care, enabling volunteers to excel in personal leadership, in small group and station-level leadership roles, and when representing their departments in the community.
